Excited to get the chance to fly back to the East Coast! It has almost been a year since I’ve traveled to the East Coast, and first time finding myself catching a glimpse of the fall weather. Growing up in Souther California, the only season that exist is Summer. Thanksgiving this year was shrouded in 90 degree weather and summer tan lines. So the first chance I get to experience “sweater weather,” I had to say “YES”!
LA gets pretty hectic when you lease expect. Sometimes, I would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of LA county and play tourist in another city. When an old college friend hit me up to visit her in San Diego, I was more than happy to take a day trip down.
Hong Kong may be a small country, but there are numerous places to visit and see, all within one hour travel distance from each other! If you’re planning a trip to Hong Kong, I’ve got you covered, whether you’re wondering where to eat or where to sleep. But of course, it wouldn’t be a trip without getting some cute photos along the way. So, I’ve made a list of some of the places worth visiting that is worthy of taking Instagram photos.
Next day, I decided to drive through the Northern part of the Island and also visit the popular waterfalls that were located on the eastern side of the island. I got a chance to check out the beaches, local markets, and grab some food along the way. Weather was a lot better than the previous day, so I took the advantage to visit the Magic Sand Beach located near Kona.
Hawaii is the island of paradise. I was lucky enough to vacation down on the Big Island, and later a long layover in Honolulu. On the Big Island, the main areas are Kailua-Kona and Hilo, which is about a 3-4 hours drive apart. I spend one day exploring the west side of the island, and another day spent on the east side of the island. Through the crazy rainy weather, intensive driving sessions, and desire for adventure, this trip has been the most memorable thus far.
